Strategy Operations Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
The Strategy Operations Manager reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), and supports corporate strategy, business development ops and reporting, competitive intelligence, and coordinating activities across offices of the CGO and CFO. Specific tasking includes in-depth research, collection and analysis of internal and external data, and leading strategic initiatives to drive disruptive growth across the Constellis portfolio. Expect frequent and substantive collaboration with operations leadership in support of classified and unclassified account planning and opportunity pursuits across the full BD lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Substantively contribute to the corporate strategic planning process, and work with operational leadership at all levels to develop tactical implementation plans
- Provide data-driven recommendations to scale the pipeline into adjacent customers and capabilities, as well as net-new markets:
- Analyzing total addressable spend across specific customers, mission-spaces, and contract vehicles
- Identifying, profiling and analyzing competitive landscapes of strategic opportunities
- Directly engaging ops at all levels to qualify and support pursuit of strategic captures
- Contribute to capture strategy, messaging, and active pursuit activities as opportunities arise
- Lead OCGO coordination with OCFO to develop metrics for the growth organization aligned to corporate financial goals, help instrument processes to track and optimize performance accordingly
- Maintain current pipeline data in Salesforce, lead all analytics and reporting to support decision-making across the company
- Support all OCGO briefings and presentation development and delivery, both internal and external
- Support consultant due diligence, onboarding, invoice processing, and compliance activities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years experience providing similar support to GovCon executives, ideally supporting both large and small businesses
- Experience leading engagements to develop revenue-enhancing strategies for 8-9-figure organizations
- Experience leading muti-disciplinary teams of W2 and 1099 contributors to deliver actionable recommendations for GovCon growth teams
- Intimate knowledge of the full BD lifecycle and how to rapidly diagnose and remediate performance issues
- Experience with Salesforce, Excel, GovWin IQ, SAM.gov, FPDS required, Deltek T&E and SAP Concur a plus
- Excellent organization and attention to detail across multiple tasks, deadlines, and teams
- Experience developing .docx, .pptx, and .xlsx-based presentations for executive, internal, and external audiences
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday standard core hours, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
