SharePoint Administrator/Developer

Constellis Herndon, VA (Onsite) Full-Time

POSITION SUMMARY

 

Constellis is looking for a skilled Office 365 SharePoint Developer with strong systems administration experience to manage and modernize Constellis’ SharePoint and PowerApps environment. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain the environment while also supporting broader system administration tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain SharePoint environments (O365)
  • Design and implement SharePoint solutions focusing on modernization
  • Migrate legacy SharePoint sites to modern experiences
  • Develop custom web parts, extensions, and solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • PowerApps design and management
  • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services
  • Optimize SharePoint performance and security
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience with SharePoint O3653
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development
  • Strong knowledge of modern SharePoint architectures and best practices
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration
  • Experience with SharePoint migration tools and processes
  • Understanding of SharePoint security and compliance features
  • Skill in developing with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and Microsoft Graph
  • Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint and Microsoft 365 desired
  • Experience with Power Platform integration (Power Apps, Power Automate) desired
  • Familiarity with Azure AD and other Microsoft cloud services preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday standard core hours, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
